How Ranking Works
- Premium Members always appear before Standard Members.
- Placement is based on first-come, first-served enrollment.
- If no Premium Members exist in a category, Standard Members temporarily occupy the top positions.
- If a Premium Member cancels service, their priority position is forfeited.
- Businesses that later reactivate Premium service are placed at the bottom of the existing Premium listings for that category.
This system keeps directory rankings fair while rewarding long-term Premium Members.
